Tigger Peak and the Mt. Princeton Summit

Mt. Princeton

I was standing on Chaffee County Road 327 yesterday morning and thought I would do a zoom-in photo of Tigger Peak (left) and the Mt. Princeton summit (right). The faint line between the peaks is the trail to the summit and the switchbacks to the left is Mt. Princeton Road.

After taking this photo, I traveled into Chalk Creek Canyon and wound up spending some time at the one and only bridge in St. Elmo. Much of the area was quite muddy!

For some reason, today I am thinking about Colorado's 14ers and hiking them. Here are pages to all seven 14ers I've done: Pikes Peak, Mt. Democrat, Mt. Lincoln, Mt. Bross, Mt. Sherman, Mt. Princeton and Mt. Yale.
