Mt. Princeton From Park County, Colorado
A few days ago, I was driving back from Woodland Park and driving across the vast expanse known as Park County. I actually photographed some buffalo roaming around a well-known buffalo ranch outside of Hartsel, when I came across the ridge that showed off the top portions of Mt. Antero (left) and Mt. Princeton (right).
Now I'll admit the picture quality is not the greatest, for it was rather cloudy outside. Plus, from this spot, I must have been about 25 to 30 miles away from the Mt. Princeton summit. No matter, I just thought the vast high plains in the foreground and Mt. Princeton peaking it's head was interesting.
Also, note that you can see Highway 24 & 285 just below Trout Creek Pass amidst the green forest. Cool, huh? :)
Everyone have a great day. Today I have quite a bit of work to do, including helping a guy do some work on a house in Canon City. Who knows? Maybe I'll bring my digital camera! ;)
