All Week In The 70's And 80's In Buena Vista!
Summer has definitely arrived in Buena Vista, with high temperatures reaching the 80's all week! 70 to 80 degrees fahrenheit is considered "hot" for many locals being that we're perched at 8,000+ feet in altitude and typically enjoy over six months of winter weather. I will say it is a tad tiresome to hear people in this town complaining about the weather being "hot." Good grief, go to Tucson, Arizona for awhile, come back here and then let's see if you're still stupidly complaining about "hot" weather in the upper 70's and 80's!
Today's Mt. Princeton photo was taken along Chaffee County Road 339, near the drive-in movie theater. I think it's a nice one!
Oh and lastly, I had a really enjoyable time on Saturday with my friends Scott and Kelly. Here is our main pictorial: Independence Pass Excursion.
