Layer Of Snow On Colorado's Highest Mountains
Yesterday we received precipitation in the form of rain in Buena Vista, but high up in the mountains, the elevations at 12,500+ feet received snow. It was nice to see Mt. Princeton with some white on it.
This weekend will probably be the final best weekend for fall foliage viewing in the higher elevation areas of Colorado. As for me, I was outside twice photographing the colors near Cottonwood Lake and Cottonwood Pass. Photos are coming! :)
Lastly, Phil Ladden and I climbed Mt. Bierstadt on Monday. This was my 20th 14er climb.
