Horse Field In Buena Vista, Colorado Today's Mt. Princeton photo entry was taken while pulled over on the shoulder of Highway 24. This is a short distance south of the Buena Vista, Colorado town limits. The horses in the foreground definitely make this photo a great one! :) In other news, I hiked close to Methodist Mountain yesterday. This is a 11,707 foot mountain south of Salida. I also learned that Cottonwood Pass will likely open for vehicular traffic on Thursday evening. Traveling to Taylor Park Reservoir or Crested Butte this weekend?
