Beautiful Colorado Scenery In The Arkansas River Valley I captured this scenic Colorado shot of Mt. Princeton at 7:25 a.m. Look at all the greenery! Recently I have noticed the influx of boaters, whitewater rafters and out-of-state license plates in town. Cottonwood Pass will likely be opening at its traditional time, the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, and no doubt next weekend is a big one for camping, hiking and fishing. I expect Taylor Park Reservoir to be very busy, of course. Maybe I'll make the drive there next weekend if I have the time. -Steve (May 23, 2010) Home
