Glorious Snow At The Foot Of Mt. Princeton
Today's photo was taken on the edge of Chaffee County Road 339, west of Buena Vista. Look at all that glorious snow at the base of the mountain! See the tracks in the foreground? I wonder what animal that was ... a fox, a dog or maybe a large rodent? Ha ha. This is the area I spotted the herd of elk last year. Recently I have been "fixing up" older photo galleries on my web site. Here are a few: Telluride, CO, Helen Hunt Falls and Blue Mesa Reservoir. Sometimes these older archived pages are never seen by a large number of new visitors. -Steve (March 16, 2010) |
