Memorial Day 2009

Today is Memorial Day. For those of you who have lost loved ones in service to our country, I offer my deepest sympathy. I'm so very grateful for those who work so hard and make the sacrifices to keep this country strong and free. Without a doubt, freedom is not free!

Clouds continue to hover over the mountains. This morning, as I made my morning drive to the rafting company I'm working for this summer, I pulled over to capture the photo above. Not too bad.

By the way, I went rafting in Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River on Friday. See our best rafting photo here. :)
