Dusting Of Snow On Mt. Princeton
A few days ago I wandering about the Highway 50 corridor that runs from Poncha Springs to Monarch Pass to photograph the fall colors. You can see my photos from that excursion here: Fall Foliage Pictures. Along the way, as I was driving south on Highway 285, I pulled over to take the photo above of Mt. Princeton. It had snowed overnight and there was a slight covering of snow above timberline. Yesterday I spent the day investigating and test driving the 2008 Honda Civic LX Coupe in Colorado Springs. If all goes well, I hope to buy this vehicle in the near future! Oh ... and the scenic drive up Phantom Canyon Road from Florence to Victor was a great way to end the afternoon! -Steve (October 4, 2007)
